Mississippi to California to Georgia.

It’s been a while since my last blog post! I’ve been really busy the last two months. I decided to move to Georgia to open my own boutique! It has been absolutely crazy and I’m still in shock. I plan to open a store in Buckhead, GA in January, but until then I’m operating online! My website won’t be live for another month, but I started selling on Instagram and Facebook! I definitely didn’t expect all of the orders! I’ve been so busy packaging orders everyday, and I’m so happy and excited I’ve received such positive feedback from friends and family!

August 1st I flew to Los Angeles for a week. Every morning at 8 I went shopping downtown at the LA Fashion District! I had to find unique pieces for my boutique, but I didn’t want to wait till the October market in Atlanta. We decided to make a trip out of it and spent a few hours every day shopping for the boutique, and the rest of the day and night exploring California! It was amazing! Here’s a few pictures from that week.

I had so much fun exploring like a tourist! We went to Malibu, The Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood, Sur, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, stalked the Kyle Richards from the real housewives, GG and Bella Hadids house in Malibu, and tons of other celebrities houses. It was so much fun.

Now I’m living in Atlanta working on my online boutique! Go check out my social media and then new arrivals 💗

5 OPI colors I can’t live without this summer!

I love getting my nails done more than anything! I wish I could get a mani and pedi every week, but I’m trying to “save” which means I’ve been painting my own nails this summer! These have been my go-to colors this summer💗

Currently wearing this color! OPI Cajun Shrimp is the perfect summer color.

OPI Passion is such a sweet color! I plan on wearing this color throughout the fall as well!

Clearly I love reds and pinks! The OPI Big Apple Red always makes a statement! I love this color during the summer and during Christmas💋

OPI Tickle My France-y is such a cute & feminine color! It looks great whenever I’m tan!

Whenever I’m feeling sassy I use this gorgeous color! The Malaga Wine is one of my all time favorites! Love love love it!

I’ve been using these super sweet colors on repeat all of summer ’17! All of these colors can be found at Ulta, Walmart, or any drugstore! Please comment below your favorite nails colors and brands of nail polish!

Date night!

Last night Mike and I decided to have a date night! We have been together over two years now, and it has been the best two years of my life! I don’t know how I’d make it in this crazy world without him💗

We started our date night at Shaggy’s! We love this place because it’s on the water in Biloxi, and their cocktails are amazing! I asked Mike to smile and this is what I got

Mike wanted ice cream from Ben and Jerrys so of course we had to stop by the Hardrock on the way home. It was delicious!

We ended our night with a beach cruise down Ocean Springs beach! We are so blessed to call this beautiful place home💗

Everyone has that one unique place they call home. Ocean Springs Mississippi will always hold a special place in my heart! I’ve lived here all of my life, and I’ve made incredible memories along the way.

The Ocean Springs – Biloxi bridge. I have a love hate relationship with it! The run is 3.5 miles there and back, but the uphill is brutal. The view is worth it though.

I love living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The atmosphere is like no other. I spend a lot of time on the beach and going out to the islands. I’ll do anything to stay cool during the summer. It has been in the 90s all week. Currently dying🙈

I love going out on the boat with my friends! Some of my favorite memories this summer include island trips!

Horn island never disappoints! Every holiday from April till Labor Day is spent out on the water! Not to mention every Saturday and Sunday whenever your best friend owns a boat! We are very blessed!

xoxo 💋

Cruising through life

Vacation

Hello everyone! My name is Erika and this is my first blog post! I’m 25 years old and I’m moving to Atlanta in August!
I love spending time with my friends, family, and my boyfriend! The purpose of this blog is to document my growth as a person, and show a little glimpse of my crazy, ridiculous life! These pictures are from a cruise I went on in December. We went to Costa Maya, Cozumel, Roatan, and Belize. It was my first cruise and I had the time of my life!

The first day on the Norwegian Dawn! Mike and I had so much fun exploring the ship.

Our first stop was in Costa Maya, Mexico. We did a four wheeler ride through the jungle during our first excursion. Mike had a blast slinging mud all over me! After that rough experience, we got to relax on a private beach with unlimited Miami Vices. It was so perfect!

Our next stop was in Belize! We didn’t do an excursion this stop because Belize isn’t the safest place to visit! We decided to stay at the island resort, and relax in the pool with unlimited drinks! It was 3 days before Christmas, and it was 80 degrees! I had the time of my life.

Our next stop was in Roatan, Honduras! We did a scuba diving excursion, which was a completely new experience for me! I was so scared at first, but after a few minutes I fell in love with the coral reef. I never wanted to leave the water! It was so beautiful, and crystal clear! I can’t wait to experience it again!

Our last stop was my absolute favorite! We stopped in Cozumel, Mexico! My favorite excursion was the salsa and salsa. We learned how to make 4 different types of hand made salsa, 3 different types of delicious margaritas, and we learned how to salsa dance! It was AMAZING! Mike and I had a blast learning how to salsa, maybe a little too much fun! After that, we had extra time to stop at Senior Frogs before the ship left Cozumel! No need to explain the amount of fun we had! The pictures explain everything!

Our last night on the 10 day cruise was so bitter sweet! We didn’t want to leave our home away from home! We can’t wait for our next vacation!
xoxo,

Erika 💗😘🌞✨
